FitStrong 90

FitStrong 90 structures a complete 90-day transformation into three progressive phases — Foundation, Hypertrophy, and Strength — built around a 6-day training split. A guided onboarding captures your start date, weight, and goal, then drops you into a dashboard that surfaces the day’s workout, weekly stats, phase progress, and your current streak. Every set is logged with weight, reps, and RPE, and all data lives in the browser via localStorage, so it works fully offline with no account or backend.
